It was a full weekend of service and training for scouts of Troop 363. On Saturday Jan. 11th, five hundred cub scouts participated in BSA Potawatomi Council's      Cub-O-Ree. Eighteen Troop 363 scouts helped mentor the cubbies in a variety of  activities designed to fulfill requirements in a fun way to advance in cub scouts. Such areas were games and songs, outdoor hiking, whittling chip, art, knots and whipping. It was truly a blast from my past cub scout adventures.

On Sunday Jan. 12th, fifteen scouts and six adult leaders were trained in CPR/AED lifesaving, by three Mukwonago EMT's, Zach, Lindsey, and Mark. We practiced adult, child, and infant CPR, including how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in a four hour session. After a full morning of reviving our mannequins we all passed with flying colors! It gives us confidence that we can be in an emergency situation and help to save a life. After all the Scout motto: Be Prepared. ~ Clay Culver Troop Scribe
